How We've Adapted to COVID-19
As the world is fighting the coronavirus, it is our top priority to keep our employees and customers safe. We are committed to adapting our business in order to keep supply chains moving.
In order to support the efforts to limit the spread of the virus, we are enforcing the following measures to provide safe and sanitary operations.
Contact-less Service
As always, we provide contact-less service for our customers. Contact us today to let us know what you need and we will provide you with a plan for contact-less service, eliminating the need for face-to-face business.
Our Employees
We have increased awareness and are constantly communicating with our employees about COVID-19. Our staff are required to wear PPE while handling all products in the warehouse and while making deliveries.
They are also required to frequently wash and sanitize their hands and increase distance to 2m between employees and customers at all times. Our staff has been instructed to stay home when feeling ill at the sign of any symptom.
Our staff are working alone, as much as possible. Many have been moved out of the warehouse office to work from home.
Our Warehouse & Delivery Vehicles
We have done our due-diligence to evaluate our work spaces and delivery trucks. We are ensuring that all high-touch surfaces are frequently being cleaned and disinfected.
Slip-seating is not an option as we do not allow our drivers to share trucks.
Hand Sanitization Station
A hand sanitization station has been set up at the entrance of our warehouse for the use of our customers.
